I would like to thank the whole team at Blair & Patterson for their total dedication throughout this project, from beginning to end; nothing was too big or small to deal with and any discrepancy was resolved immediately. Their customer service was second to none, from David, Gavin, Roddy, Darren on site and down to their apprentice. The work was undertaken methodically and Darren would explain daily the plan for the day and ensured we were happy with progress each day. Tools were cleared up at the end of each day, ensuring the space was left clean and tidy prior to their departure.
The minute we met David we knew this is the company we wanted to work with, it is also a big advantage that it’s a family business and you feel valued as a customer.
Big thank you to Roddy for your patience, ensuring always that the suggested design was right for us and the welcoming coffee when we arrived at the show room.
